The basis of our previous achievements and ambitious plans is the personnel. As we extremely value and encourage continuous education of all employees, we formed a strong personnel structure consisting of 53 employees with the university degree, 25 with advanced higher education, 79 technicians of different profiles, including 47 high skilled workers, 514 qualified workers and 77 semi-qualified and non-qualified workers. When required, we engage approx. 320 seasonal workers.

The experience has been gained on numerous national and international projects always following modern achievements in building technology.
